The Parish Council has agreed (2nd June) to purchase defibrillators for the village. To assist in applying for grant funding your written support for this project would be greatly appreciated. HCC - Important SURVEY about changes to Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) - closing date 22nd August.
Footpath closed. Part of the "Testway" from near the West Down bottlebank to Cottonworth is closed for up to three months, due to the installation of a new water main. Further details - The Countryside Service has extended the Order to temporarily close Chilbolton Footpath 501 and Wherwell Footpath 501.
